Terms and Conditions For All Promotions And Credits Listed On This Page:
Validity:
- The Promotions offered on this page are valid while posted and only for residents of the Region of Waterloo.
- Greenway Landscaping reserves the right to modify or terminate offered Promotions at any time without prior notice.
- Unless otherwise noted, only one promotion can be claimed per project.
Acceptance of Terms:
- By participating in any Promotions offered by Greenway Landscaping, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms.
General Terms:
- Greenway Landscaping reserves the right to refuse service to any client at its discretion.
- These Terms are subject to change without notice.
- For the purposes of clarity, “client” refers to any person, group, entity, or business that contacts Greenway Landscaping with the intent to contract services offered by Greenway Landscaping, or has entered into a contract for services offered by Greenway Landscaping.
Landscape Lighting Credit:
- The Landscape Lighting Credit offers a $1000 credit for low voltage landscape lighting fixtures and installation of low voltage landscape lighting fixtures, including transformers, wire, and controllers as necessary, for qualifying projects only.
- The total value of low voltage landscape lighting installed as part of this promotion may be lower than $1000 depending on project scope and lighting needs, but will not exceed $1000.
- Should additional lighting be requested for a project, bringing the total value above $1000, the difference will be charged either as part of the installation contract, or as an extra for the project. In such cases, written approval from the client will be required.
- This promotion is not valid for any project where another promotion has already been claimed.
Qualifying Projects
- A qualifying project must have a minimum estimate of $10,000 before applicable taxes, and include hardscaping, which is man-made features in landscaping that create hard surfaces such as paths, walls, patios, and driveways. Project costs will vary depending on the scope of work and intricacy of requested features.
Lighting Units
- Low voltage landscaping lighting to be installed as part of this promotion is at the discretion of Greenway Landscaping with the client’s input. Low voltage lighting units and accessories to be installed as part of this promotion will be units approved or recommended by Greenway Landscaping that meet installation, safety, and quality standards.
Planting Credit:
- The Planting Credit offers a $500 credit for plants and installation of plants, including perennials, trees, annuals, or other nursery-provided plant material, for qualifying projects only.
- The total value of plants as part of this promotion may be lower than $500 depending on project scope and lighting needs, but will not exceed $500.
- Should additional plants be requested for a project, bringing the total value above $500, the difference will be charged either as part of the installation contract, or as an extra for the project. In such cases, written approval from the client will be required.
- This promotion is not valid for any project where another promotion has already been claimed.

- A qualifying project must be for landscaping work, and have a minimum estimate of $5,000 before applicable taxes. Project costs will vary depending on the scope of work and intricacy of requested features.
Plants
- Plants to be installed as part of this promotion are at the discretion of Greenway Landscaping with the client’s input. Plants to be installed as part of this promotion will be approved or recommended by Greenway Landscaping that meet site conditions and are available from local nursery stock.
