Lastly, our maintenance crews can keep your property looking as fresh as the day it was completed or bring life back to an outdoor space that hasn’t gotten the attention it deserves.

Our summer maintenance teams make weekly visits to our clients’ properties and provide ongoing lawn cutting and garden maintenance.

We are also able to provide seasonal services such as spring cleanups, fall cleanups, pruning, bed edging, and mulch installation. In addition to full-service summer maintenance contracts, we can complete one-time cleanups. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer residential winter maintenance at this time.

Like our residential clients, our contracts can include lawn cutting, garden maintenance, spring cleanups, fall cleanups, pruning, bed edging, and mulch installation. For our commercial and condominium properties we are also able to offer winter maintenance services including salting and snow clearing for both sidewalks and parking-lots.

This is a difficult question to answer. We do not quote projects based on square foot pricing as each space has individual needs and challenges and there is no “one price fits all” for our installations. Sizes and numbers of landscape features will affect the overall costs, but so will product selection, ease of machine access for efficiency, and intricacy of the work. Some of these can be adjusted to meet a budget, but unfortunately, some factors are outside of our control.

  • DESIGN

After you reach out to us, our team will gather as much information about your project prior to setting up a meeting. This allows us to understand the full scope of work and your goals to ensure we’re able to meet them.

Moving forward, we schedule a consultation with one of the Construction Managers or our Designer, depending on the needs of your project. For design consultations, the next step is to create a first draft of drawings for your project with comprehensive hardscape and softscape plans. Any revisions for the plan are fielded before preparing a detailed quote to install your new space as shown on the plans.

For projects without a design plan, we create a detailed quote directly after the consultation. Throughout this entire process, our team is available to help you make the most informed decisions for your project and answer any questions you have.

Not all projects require a design, but we strongly suggest having one done for spaces with multiple or integrated features, or if you are visual and would find having a drawing of your project helpful.

The design process is also beneficial to flesh out the details of your dream outdoor space through revisions to create a destination on your property that can be enjoyed for years to come.

We offer various design options at different price points; from a simple hand sketch to better communicate the layout of your space, to full CAD digital design packages with 2D and 3D renders of your project.

  • BUILD

Yes, Greenway will complete building and access permits if they are required for your project. We will facilitate communication with municipal bodies as needed and keep you updated with the status of permit applications.

Yes, we have built a network of professional landscape trades experts who we know and rely on for all work outside the purview of our own crews. Greenway can schedule and coordinate additional contractors, removing all stress of organizing different trades from you.

We can also lean on our peers for additional resources and make recommendations for appropriate professionals if you feel comfortable with managing the project yourself.

The amount of time that a project will take to install depends on the scope of work. While we can’t say exactly how long your transformation will take, Greenway schedules every project to minimize the downtime for your outdoor space.

We make every effort possible to complete installations in one block of time. Whether it’s two days, or two weeks, our crews will be on site each day from the minute we break ground, until the last roll of sod is laid, with no breaks in between.

Our installation season runs from spring to fall and we have multiple crews. Demand for landscape projects generally peaks before the weather warms up in the spring, and again in the fall for the next spring. How far out we are scheduling is variable by season and the size of your project will also determine how soon we can accommodate the work.   • MAINTAIN

Unfortunately, we are not able to include residential properties as part of our winter maintenance program at this time. This is due to the limitations of both our crews and equipment, as we focus mainly on larger commercial and condominium properties.

Yes, we can facilitate a quote and scheduling of fertilizing, aeration, weed, and pest control through one of our industry partners. This can be included as part of a summer maintenance package and detailed as part of a contract for any residential, commercial, or condominium properties.

Yes, you can request a maintenance plan that best suits your properties needs. We offer weekly or bi-weekly maintenance visits for residential properties and can include only the services that make sense for you. Get in touch with us today to request a personalized quote for your property.

You do not need to take time out of your day to be home for this, but if you have any special requirements or locked gates we can schedule a time to meet. After the assessment is made, we provide you with a detailed quote specific to your maintenance needs.
