Meet the Greenway Landscaping Team
Ryan Dean
Even though Ryan is only in his early 50’s, he’s been at Greenway for two different millennia, two different centuries, and four different decades. Ryan started at Greenway as a summer student in 1996 while completing his degree at the University of Waterloo and has done every job from lawn maintenance, to landscape construction, to the day-to-day operations of the company as General Manager, and finally, as of 2015, Owner.
Now that Greenway has grown into the company it is today, Ryan is able to rely on others to manage the daily tasks in both the field and the office so he can focus on continuing to grow the business and to ensure quality service.
Ryan meets with clients to help their dreams come to life by providing his expertise and advice when drawing up plans and providing quotes. He continues to oversee projects and aids the construction and maintenance divisions, as needed.
Jeff Myers
Jeff will tell you that the construction division of Greenway wouldn’t exist without him, and he isn’t entirely wrong. When Jeff joined Greenway, he brought with him a dedication to professional improvement which has never waivered.
He continually follows industry advancements, striving to better Greenway’s installation and maintenance techniques, product choices, equipment, and general landscape knowledge.
Jeff spends most of his time on site, leading one of our installation crews and building beautiful spaces for our clients to enjoy.
Claire Webb
Claire came to Greenway after the onset of COVID led to the closure of the landscape supply depot where she had held an administrative and marketing role. This experience, paired with her Bachelor’s of Landscape Architecture, and passion for graphic design, helped her smoothly transition to the Greenway team as Office Manager.
Between fielding inquiries, assisting clients, and administration tasks, Claire can be found on-site checking in with the crews or flying the drone to capture the progress of our installation projects.
